As a Business Development Manager at Denleigh, you'll be the voice of luxury, handling inbound enquiries with precision and care. Our dedicated lead generation team will ensure that you're equipped with high-quality leads that are ready to call.

Responsibilities:
· Your primary focus will be on conducting sales calls to curate inbound inquiries and open relationships with our clients.
· Our dedicated lead generation team will hand you ready-to-call leads, ensuring that every opportunity assigned to you is primed for engagement and conversion.
· While you'll have scripting to guide your initial conversations, we value your creativity and adaptability as you tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each inquiry.
· Success in this role hinges on your ability to drive proactive engagement and maintain a consistent volume of outreach, with an emphasis on achieving measurable outreach results.
· We seek individuals with a proven track record of sales success and a genuine passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results, particularly in selling over the phone.
· Handing off qualified sales opportunities to our project sales team is a key aspect of this role. They will rely on your outreach, and you will rely on their design expertise to convert opportunities.
· Administrative tasks such as quotations and customer management will be handled by our dedicated Estimating team, allowing you to concentrate solely on outreach efforts.
· Proficiency in CRM usage is crucial for this role, as prompt and accurate logging of all activity into our CRM system is essential for seamless collaboration and information sharing between our various sales roles.
Requirements:
· We're looking for individuals who possess a demonstrated ability to persuade and sell effectively, particularly over the phone, coupled with a passion for delivering unparalleled service. Experience with this is critical for a successful application.
· A genuine passion for beautiful interior design is essential. We want someone who is inspired by creativity and has an eye for aesthetics, as they will be representing our brand of high-end design.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour. You’ll be working with a team of sales and lead generation specialists, who bring a variety of personalities and wealth of experience to the team.
· Proficiency in CRM usage is preferred, however full training will be provided.

Hours:
Ideally 6.5 hours a day, but will consider longer hours over four or five days.
