PAS24 Entrance Doors

After a thorough evaluation the developer chose our TRAD-607 two panel door featuring raised and fielded panels with applied decorative bead. These doors are also FD30 fire certified and were supplied white primed as a doorset complete with 3 Point Lock, Key Thumb, Door Viewer and Satin Stainless Steel Dropseal.

Being tested to the PAS24:2016 security standard, these doors provide a high level of burglary protection for the residents.

TRAD-607 Internal Doors

For consistency, matching TRAD-607 doors of the same two panel design in a white painted finish were supplied for the apartments' internal rooms, including double doors with a square meeting stile. The doors were supplied in a range of sizes, the majority of which being 30-minute fire-rated as required by building control.

Handles and Ironmongery

A full suite of ironmongery consisting over 600 items was supplied to enable the doors to operate reliably and safely. LR235, a contemporary door handle  from our Dendura range, was selected in Polished Chrome complimenting the modern design and finish of the apartments. 

Fire rated hardware compatible to the doors ensures they operate safely as a fire doorset, the total package included mortice latch, bathroom locks, bathroom turn and release, door stops, door closers and euro deadlocks.

To help with installation, Denleigh scheduled and packed the ironmongery and doors by apartment plot, saving time on site. Dedicated Project Management from the point of ordering to installation allowed the developer to focus on the project build and lead to a fully satisfied client.
