Bespoke internal doors, lattice doors, frames and ironmongery from Denleigh were chosen by a private client for their luxury six-bedroom, three story home on the Wentworth Estate in Surrey.
Lattice Doors
The client wanted to make a statement with the entrance doors leading from their impressive hallway to the kitchen / dining area, so after consultation opted for a pair of LATT-607 lattice doors in black stained oak with matching black lattice work and frosted glazing. The lattice work is arranged in a series of geometric shapes, adding character and a feeling of luxury and prestige to the entrance. The frosted glazing also helps draw in light to the hallway, whilst adding an element of privacy. Our Lattice door range consists of 14 bespoke designs and various finishes to match any high-end interior.
Being FD30 fire rated, the doors were fitted with overhead cam action door closers concealed in the header to improve fire safety. Bow style pull handles on a back plate in polished chrome were chosen to compliment the doors along with matching ironmongery.
For the rest of the property TRAD-607 doors in black stained Oak from our Denpremo range were selected with flat panels and stepped beading, giving the doors a modern edge. Built with a solid core, the quality shines through, complimenting the property’s luxury finishes.
Some 20 of these bespoke doors in various sizes were supplied, both FD30 fire rated and non-fire rated. For the entrance of the lounge, we supplied a pair of TRAD-607V glazed doors of the same 2 panel design featuring frosted privacy glass. Black stained oak is popular choice from our extensive veneers range. Ringed mortice door knobs in Polished Chrome were chosen to complement the doors and provide a superb contrast to the dark timber tones.
