The developer of these properties is an investor that champions innovative design and understands the value of timeless quality, much as we do at Denleigh. It is therefore entirely appropriate that we were chosen to supply both the bespoke doors and ironmongery for this project.  After working closely with the client through the selection process to identify a style of door that would complement each of the individually tailored interiors, the MOD-405 Flush Inlay Door from our Denpremo range was selected.

Finished in a Grey Coto Veneer with stunning Walnut Inlay, the contemporary design of this door features vertical grain direction on the door panels and stiles with a contrasting center mid-rail with horizontal grain. The doors were supplied as preassembled door sets with ironmongery recessed, in 30 minute fire rated and non-fire rated configurations. A range of door sizes up to 826 x 2200mm (wxh) was specified to fulfil the needs of various doorways throughout the properties.

To complement the doors the LR205 lever handle in Satin Nickel was chosen from our Dendura range, which has an ergonomic wave handle design on a round rose. Alongside, Denleigh supplied matching door hardware to fulfil the requirements of each property including bathroom locks, turn and release, fire rated door hinges, latches, stylish radius latch plates and intumescent seals for the fire doors. 

Timely delivery of products was scheduled by plot number as required by the project build helping efficiency on site and our highly experienced door and ironmongery teams provided full project management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
