Bespoke Handle

To meet the brief for a high-quality door handle that also met budget constraints, we worked with our suppliers to source a solution. With its straight round lever and knurled grip, the bespoke Aspen handle offers a contemporary style, the Matt Black finish contrasting to exceptional effect with the Oak finish of the doors. It also has a feeling of quality, matching the premium nature of the apartments. A 10 year warranty meanwhile offers the reassurance that the quality is more than skin-deep.

Matching Ironmongery

To match the handle, we supplied compatible door hardware including hinges, latch plates, bathroom turn and release and door closers in exactly the same Matt Black finish.

To ensure the safe operation of fire doors, many products were fire rated including the hinges, locks, intumescent and door closers, whilst we also provided fire door signage for communal areas. The DCC1124 cam action door closer fitted to apartment entrance doors, with its designer cover and adjustable closing and latching speed, blends safety with aesthetic appeal to enhance the appearance of every doorset.

For communal areas and affordable apartments, we supplied our LR502 handle in stainless steel, which offers great value and durable performance.

To maximise the build efficiency, we packaged deliveries by plot number and our experienced team provided project support throughout.
