Bespoke internal doors and PAS24 apartment entrance doors from Denleigh were chosen by one the South’s leading premium property developers for a high-end development.
Internal Doors
After evaluating the options, the developer opted for the MOD-424 flush inlay door from our Denpremo MODern collection, prefinished in Walnut. Complementing the contemporary interior design of the apartments, these doors are of a flush single panel design framed with polished chrome inlay. The beautiful walnut veneer, which was set in a vertical grain direction, combines with the striking inlay to deliver an extra touch of luxury. The sense of quality is further exemplified by the heavy weight feel of the doors which feature a solid core and a thickness up to 55mm.
To meet the requirements for all of the apartments, over 100 doors were supplied consisting of four different sizes, some of which were glazed. In addition, all of the doors were fire certified to FD30 or FD60 standards. After delivery the contractor installed lever handles which match the finish of the inlay. (Handles of a similar design and finish are available in our range, such as LR219)
PAS24 Entrance Door sets
To ensure a consistent appearance throughout this superb development, we supplied PAS24, Secured by Design approved, apartment entrance doorsets. Also finished in the same Walnut veneer, these doors feature a single panel grooved design to complement the internal doors.
PAS24 doors feature multi-point locking and ironmongery tested to a high security standard and are also fire certified to FD30. To ensure compliance these doors were supplied as doorsets complete with frames, extension linings and ironmongery.
