Luxury New Waterfront Property

Denleigh worked with the developers of a stunning new home set in an enviable water front location in sort after Sandbanks, Poole, to complement the property’s sumptuous interior design with bespoke internal doors and ironmongery.

The luxurious 5-bedroom detached property was built to a modern design over three floors, featuring a high specification including open plan kitchen / dining room, air source heating, rainwater harvesting, swimming pool and a boat house with direct access to Poole Bay. The highly prized location borders Canford Cliffs, and offers unrivalled panoramic views.

Bespoke Internal Doors

The client selected our LAC-607 lacquered flush doors in white, featuring a 2 panel design with S-grooves. This combination offers a modern twist on a traditional design and provides a simple practical solution which blends well with other interior features of the property. Twenty-one doors, both fire rated and non-fire rated were supplied, each with a 45mm door thickness and a height of 2.2 metres.

Matt Black Ironmongery

To complement the doors, the LR446 designer door handle from our Denpremo collection was chosen in trendy Matt Black, also giving the doors a more contemporary feel. We supplied other ironmongery including escutcheons, bathroom turn and release, latch plates and door closers in the same black finish for a consistent high-quality appearance.

Denleigh prepared door and ironmongery schedules for the contractor so that deliveries were coordinated efficiently with building works. As dual suppliers of bespoke doors and ironmongery, we helped save the developer time, by fulfilling all of the internal door requirements for this wonderful home.
